Q: Is a secure site?
Absolutely. All pages that contain your personal information are encrypted before being sent over the internet. Our site is also protected by VeriSign. Your privacy & safety are very important to us. We will never sell, trade or swap our customer information, including e-mail addresses, to any other entity.

Q: Can I order by phone or via mail?
A: We cannot process orders by phone or mail. All orders must be placed via our secure website.

Q: Can I pay for my order with a check, money order, PayPal or cash?
A: We accept major credit cards. We cannot accept any other method of payment.

Q: What if I receive a defective item or if my order has the wrong item(s)?
A: Let us know within 30 days of receipt at

Q: Can I add to, change or cancel an order I already placed?
A: Unfortunately, in order to ship in a timely manner, we cannot combine, modify or cancel orders once they have been submitted. Please make sure to carefully review your order for any errors before clicking on the "Place Order" button.

Q: Do you take special orders or requests? Will you let me know when a certain item comes in?
A: Since we carry only used product, our inventory is controlled by what people sell to us. If we took special orders, we would have many requests for the same product and would be unable to fill all those orders. To get those titles you really want, try our Personal Favorites feature.

Q: When I sell items to you, how long will it take to get the money?
A: Just a few days, depending on the U.S. Postal Service. We’ll send your check within one week of receiving your product.

Q: Do you offer credit or trade?
A: Yes! You can sell CDs and Movies to us for either cash or credit (same amount, your choice).

Q: Do you accept music club CDs (example: from the BMG Music Service, etc.)?
A: Yes.

Q: Do you buy CDs that are not in a jewel case?
A: Yes, but we require both the front booklet and back insert along with the CD. We also deduct 35¢ for each jewel case we need to replace, whether it’s missing or just cracked or damaged.

Q: I have some CDs and Movies to sell, but they aren’t on any of your lists. Will you still buy them?
A: We still may be interested. Just e-mail the list to use at and we will e-mail back the prices we’ll pay if we want them.

Q: When you ship CDs without the jewel case, do I still get the liner notes?
A: Yes, front and back inserts are included.

Q: I live outside the United States and my country charges import taxes. Can mark my items as gifts on custom forms for international orders?
A: No, we are legally required to mark all items as used merchandise at the value for which you paid.

Q: I'm on a public computer and the home page always shows personalized greeting message. How can I get rid of it?
A: Follow this link to remove the home page welcome message.

Q: Why are you now charging sales tax on internet orders? You don’t have a store in my state.
A: Our parent company has many retail outlets nationwide. We are now required to charge sales tax in these states on all orders.
