An account is not necessary to place your first order with us. Simply choose the item you wish to purchase and click the "Add to Cart" button. You will be stepped through the checkout process for your item(s). During the checkout process, you will enter information necessary to create your account. This information will be available in your account the next time you place an order with us.

Completing the ordering and checkout process will establish an account for you (for new customers).

At any time after your order is complete, you can log into "Your Account" to track the status of your order. To place an order, follow these simple steps:

1. Browse the storefront until you find the item you wish to purchase.

2. Click on "Add to Cart" from the product that you would like to purchase.

3. You will proceed to the shopping cart. (To continue shopping, click the 'Continue Shopping' button.)

4. Once you have verified the products you wish to purchase, click the "Checkout" button. (To change quantity, enter the desired amount and click the "update" link.

5. Choose the "New Customer Sign-In" to create an account if you have never placed an order with us before. (Click "Returning Customer", if you have placed an order before).

6. Enter Contact Information, Credit Card Information, and Billing Address and then click "Continue".

7. Add a Shipping Address for your order (if different than the billing address) then click "Continue".

8. If you have a coupon or certificate, please ensure to click the "Coupon, In-store Credit or Gift Certificate" link on the Order Review Page.

9. To change shipping methods, click the "Shipping" link located on the Order Review Page. (If you are not given the option to change the shipping method, only one method is available for that item.)

10. Review your order on the Order Review Page. Please ensure that any discounts submitted are appearing correctly.

11. Click "Submit" to complete your order.

12. Print the Checkout Page for your records.

If you are using a credit card sponsored Gift Card (such as Visa Gift Card, American Express Gift Card, etc) and did not register the same name, address, and phone number with card-issuing financial institution that you use as your billing address in the shopping cart, your payment will be declined. To use your credit card gift card online you must register your correct billing information with the issuing bank.


We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with SecondSpin. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (as they appear on your credit card statement). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order or failure to complete your order request. Our parent company has many retail outlets nationwide. We are required to charge sales tax in these states on all orders.

Charging Your Credit Card

Upon acceptance of your order, your credit card will be authorized for the full order amount but not charged. Once there is shipment confirmation, your credit card will be charged for only the shipped items including any prorated amounts for shipping and handling charges and any applicable taxes.

While we make every attempt to fill all orders placed, some items may be delayed or backordered. If this is the case, you will receive notification via email.

If you do not wish to wait due to the delay or backorder, you may request a cancellation for your order, subject to our published cancellation policies. If we do not hear from you before we ship the item(s), we will assume you have agreed to the shipment delay.

If we cannot confirm shipment of your requested item(s) within six days of the order date, delay notice, backorder notification (whichever is greater), or a cancellation for any unshipped item(s) will be processed automatically on the seventh day from your order date. You will receive notification of this cancellation via email.

Most orders are transmitted to our warehouse and various distributors within minutes of when you submit the order.

All of the CDs, DVDs, and Blu-ray that we sell are used. We guarantee them to play, but we do not guarantee them to be in "mint" or "near-mint" condition. Acceptable amounts of wear and signs of use include but are not limited to light scratches that do not affect the play of the disc, small drill-marks, saw marks, and punched bar-codes.

Used CDs come with all artwork. Box Sets include original box and inserts. We also do not differentiate between BMG/Music Club items and general issue albums.

We only sell North American Region 1/NTSC DVDs. We do not guarantee them to come with the original box/case, inserts, or the manual. Slip covers are not guaranteed to be present. Bonus downloadable or promotional content may have already been redeemed. Promotional items (3-D glasses, figurines, t-shirts, posters, jewelry, books or other non-media items) may not be included. Cleaning and repair was done as required.

Some of the titles we sell are manufactured on demand. These items may be labeled as [CD-R] or [DVD-R] in the title. This product is manufactured on demand using CD-R and DVD-R recordable media.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our return policy below to determine if any special return conditions apply.

Used DVDs and Blu-ray include disc, cover art, and case. Bonus downloadable or promotional content may have already been redeemed. Promotional items such as 3-D glasses may not be included. Cleaning and repair was done as required.

Items may be returned within 30 days of the ship date for a refund. While most items are returnable, they are subject to the following guidelines:

Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items

You will receive a replacement or online credit for the item(s) and shipping and handling costs for defective, damaged or mis-shipped items. For all other items, shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded. (Note: Return shipping cost refunds are calculated using the lowest cost shipping method. Items returned via expedited shipping methods will only be refunded an amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method).

To request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) for an item, please contact Include your name and order number in any correspondence.

Returns will not be accepted without a RA number. RA numbers will expire after 10 days, and the item will not be accepted if it is returned after that timeframe. Please include the RA number on the outside of the shipping package. (Please do not write directly on the manufacturer's box).

Returning an item(s) may change or void coupon discounts or refunds currently appearing on an order.

For your protection, please send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as UPS. Please be sure to keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-traceable method.

Credits are processed upon confirmation of the return by our suppliers. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement. If credit cannot be issued to your credit card, a store credit will be issued.

All CDs are shipped without jewel cases to our International customers. Booklet and back insert will ship with the CDs. Large orders shipping outside the US will be sent in multiple shipments. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes and customs fees which are levied once the package reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Sorry, we cannot refund orders if you are unwilling or unable to pay these fees. To avoid these fees, place smaller orders. We will split large orders into multiple shipments to try to avoid these fees but some orders will still be subject to fees. Due to weight restrictions, items weighing more than 3 pounds cannot be shipped outside of US.

HELP - How to Use a Gift Card

Step 1 - Use your gift card on an order

  • When you've selected your items, go to your CART.
  • Click on the link that reads "Do you wish to redeem a gift card?"
    (This is found under the product information and to the left of the promotion code field.)
  • Enter your card number and pin number.
  • Enter the amount you wish to redeem.
    * You do NOT have to redeem the entire gift card amount. You may enter the purchase total in your cart to redeem only that much. If you redeem the entire amount on the gift card and there is a balance left over after the purchase, you're remaining balance will be transferred to your account as online credit. You can view your online credit by going to "My Account". If you wish to have this balance put back on your card for use in store, please send an email to Include the email address associated with your account, the amount you would like put back on the gift card, the card number and the pin number.
